Satin Hands and Lips as Guests arrive Fill out Profile Card and pick-up baggie with supplies Start soaking feet (rosemary mint fizzy) - Soak feet for quite a few minutes in warm water; this softens dead skin, calluses and cuticles, and relaxes all the tension away. IV.) Miracle Set on half face and/or Microdermabrasion on back of hand - Explain the benefits and results of one or both. V.) Dry off feet – take one foot out at a time and pat it dry VI.) Pumice Feet - Find any rough patches on your feet and remove some of the dead skin with a pumice stone or foot file. If you feel the corner of file it feels sharp, therefore, go in only one direction (either always towards you or always away from you). If you go in both directions, you could give yourself a deep cut. Switch feet and repeat. If you’re using a foot file, make sure it’s course (80grit) and completely sterile. - Do NOT use metal files on your feet- they are not sterile and illegal in State of MD! - File about 1 minute (2-3 days in a row) VII.) Apply Energizing Foot Mask (leave on for 10 minutes) - This is very gritty, it also has pumice and removes top layer of skin. You may feel some tingling. Let it sit for 10 minutes. - Rub on the tops and bottoms of your foot and wherever callused VIII.) 10-minute Marketing (while letting feet mask) - MRS CAB marketing – Give raffle tickets for guessing what each letter stands; one person’s ticket will be drawn for a free nail enamel; make sure to include lots of personal experiences and stories. IX.) Rinse in tub X.) Shape toenails/Remove polish if necessary - File straight across top, soften/round edges a little bit - Pick out nail enamel (so don’t slip when walking across floor) XI.) Energizing Foot and Leg Lotion – Rub this lotion up to your knee. Start at the bottom of your foot, you’re your fingers between toes; for extra relaxation use your thumbs to kneed up and down the arch of your foot and pull on your toes. XII.) Balm on ankle and lower - The balm is really thick and has great moisturizers. The mint is soothing and tingles bringing more blood circulation to your feet. Kneeding relaxes muscles and toes. - Romance the kit, footies, mint fizzies, etc. XIII.) Optional polish a.) Remove lotion on toes with polish remover ; if you don’t the polish will slide right off b.)
