I, ____________________________have read and fully understand
the attached donation qualification sheet. My motto is “when in doubt,
get/call a manager”. I will always treat the donor with the utmost
respect when I tell them that I am not able to take their donation due
to damage, lack of resale value, etc… I understand that there may be
situations that some items may be taken, even if on this list. I assume
the responsibility of not taking items for our dumpster. I know that I
will be held responsible, considering this is part of my job description of
knowing what items we take, and will assume all consequences of my
actions.
