This is my THIRD draft attempt at a continuation of the wonderful work done by Bill Goulding.
Bill has compiled generations one to three in extensive detail and I encourage you to view them on his
personal webpage, which can be found at;

There are more gaps and missing information than I had hoped for in this draft. Should you, the
reader have any information which clarifies or adds to this fourth generation please email me, my email is

Once the Goulding name has been lost for a generation I might not go further with that family line
for the simple reason that it gets too confusing for the reader and complicates the process.

marriage was to Annie Glode of Norris Arm, NL on September 25, 1935, they resided in Deer
Lake, NL. He died December 18, 1967 and was buried at Deer Lake Anglican Cemetery.

childbirth.111 He married Janet Campbell of Gambo on August 20, 1906.112 She was previously Janet Dyke,
whom married John Campbell on June 12, 1888 at Greenspond.113

At age 17, she married John Ward (1867-November 24, 1918) of Gambo on Sept 23, 1903.124 She later
married Robert Skiffington. Ella died in 1971.

August 17, 1888125 and died September 7, 1978 in St. John’s, NL. He married Eliza Jane Barrow (May 27,
1901-June 11, 1960) of Middle Brook, NL. She was the widow of Sylvester Goulding (#60.5).12
According to The Newfoundland Regiment Database @ TheRooms.ca:
- Served in WW1, was paid $350 gratuity for service in 1919.
- Was shot in left foot and right shoulder and discharged as medically unfit July 23, 1918.

Her second marriage was to Isaac Jerrett (born December 28, 1893) on October 8, 1919, he died before
1935.

He was awarded First Class Fireman’s License June 14th, 1911 @ Gambo.129 He married Tryphena Edna
Granter (July 7, 1898-February 10, 1976) on July 8, 1924 @ Gambo.130
