Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group is the UK’s largest private cosmetic surgery provider. With over
38 years’ experience, the company is also the longest established cosmetic surgery business in the
UK.
Transform boasts 25 clinics nationwide, and owns two dedicated cosmetic surgery hospitals –
Transform Pines in Manchester and Transform Riverside in London. A wide range of surgical procedures are available to include ear and nose correction, face lifts, breast augmentation and reduction, tummy tucks, liposuction, pectoral implants and eye bag removal.
A wide range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments are also available from Transform. Experienced non-surgical teams operate at each clinic offering a wide range of facial rejuvenation treatments, thread vein removal, mole removal, hyperhidrosis treatments (for excessive sweating) and dermal filling treatments to help treat scarring. All non-invasive cosmetic treatments are carried out by qualified nurses or doctors under clinical conditions.
The company has performed in excess of 100,000 cosmetic procedures on patients ranging in age from 18 to 65. The market continues to be dominated by women with 83% of patients being female, although the number of men opting for cosmetic treatments – both surgical and non-surgical - has increased significantly over the past 3 years.
Qualities & qualifications
Passionate about beauty / healthcare / cosmetic sector – ideally with some direct experience in their wider social circle
Enthusiastic about social media channels (awareness & ability to adapt to changes in function, etiquette & reporting)
Excellent writing skills, communication and grammar
Good knowledge of current affairs and a general interest in all media
High emotional intelligence and ability to empathise with people
Ability to liaise with external agencies
Numerate and commercially aware
Reliable, articulate and flexible
Mindset and commitment of someone who sees the role as more than a “year-out”
Role outline & duties
Social Media
Daily checking and responses on company’s social media channels & agreeing suitable responses with line manager
Alert marketing team to emerging issues / action required
Circulating weekly reports to department (data, trends, success / learnings)
Implementing / developing look & feel of our Facebook page and developing applications
Ensure the right message is delivered online, helping people, stimulating discussions, encouraging positive debate etc ‘think on your feet’ real time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc.
Offline Marketing
Co-ordinate monthly promotional programmes for non-surgical (pos / clinic screens / text / social / email)
Co-ordinate support for clinic events (email / text / POS / media)
Build relationships and good rapport with clinic managers
Support Marketing Project Manager
1.
Assisting in development of marketing literature relating to brand, clinic, patient fulfilment

Commissioning of new content for clinic screens
3.
Assisting in commissioning of photographic shoots
4.
Assist in development of new brand assets (video / infographics etc)
PR
Managing emails & calls to the PR department - liaising as appropriate with other department members
Liasing with two PR agencies
Daily management of coverage and clippings and alerts and internal circulation
Dealing with ad hoc/ reactive media requests
Managing celeb comments to media
Supporting PR agencies with press office function
Supporting PR agencies with case studies
Co-ordination / development of before & after content
Online Marketing
Support Online Marketing Manager:
Update of content on clinic screen content
Creation, editing & broadcast of simple customer emails
Website content management (i.e. Weekly updates / correction of grammatical errors)
General administrative duties
In support of the marketing department e.g. purchase order preparation / entry / stationery ordering & control
