PRESS RELEASE
SPIRE HEALTHCARE - SOUTH BANK HOSPITAL
An exclusive new Worcester-based clinic specialising in non-surgical cosmetic
procedures opened its doors last week (January 21) to give people a sneak preview
of what will be on offer.
Situated in a stunning Victorian gatehouse in the grounds of Spire South Bank
Hospital, Bath Road and just a few minutes’ walk from the city’s shops and leisure
facilities, ‘The Lodge’ will provide a much-in-demand service to the region, with
the emphasis firmly on safety and quality of care.
Opening on February 1, The Lodge will offer a variety of non-invasive procedures
including fillers and skin-tightening procedures for those wishing to retain a
youthful complexion.
In addition, skin-smoothing treatments such as microdermabrasion - which can be
used to treat acne scars and is said to be favoured by celebrities like Victoria
Beckham - are available.
Mr Dalvi Humzah, cosmetic surgeon commented: “Over the past few years
cosmetic procedures have shifted from the preserve of the rich and famous to form
an integral part of many people’s beauty routine and indeed, last year was a record
year for Midlanders seeking treatments.
“Naturally, people undergoing procedures want to be confident they are in the best
possible hands and that is where The Lodge really stands out.
“All treatments are delivered by trusted experts in a safe, relaxed environment
which conforms to exacting medical guidelines – something that sadly is not
always the case in this field.”
Ben Nicholson, hospital director added: “Over the years South Bank has built an
enviable reputation for patient care. At The Lodge, we believe everyone should be
treated with the respect they deserve and quality is central to our philosophy.
“Every patient is assessed to ensure they receive treatment that is suitable for them
and nobody that walks through our door is seen as simply a number”.
For more information on procedures and opening hours please contact Dawn
Russell, Clinical Business Manager, on 01905 362203.
Patients will be able to book appointments from February 1.
