 Hand a copy of completed dive trip booking form to the Diving Officer, check that
all payments have been made.
 Hand a copy of dive trip details to the Diving Officer.
Details to include:  Accommodation
 Route
 Meeting place
 Timetable
 Special instructions
 Hand a copy of dive planning details to the Diving Officer.
Details to include:  Marshals
 Buddy pairings
 Dive sites
 Diving timetable
 Charter boat details (Inc. adherence to “Charter for boats”)
DONT FORGET TO PACK
 Logsheets, pen, clipboard.
 First aid kit.
 Decompression tables.
 Oxygen administration kit.
(Check that charter boat has oxy-admin kit before you leave club kit behind).
ON YOUR ARRIVAL




Arrive first and meet the skipper.
Confirm dive plans.
Direct the loading of equipment onto the boat.
Brief buddy pairs.
ON YOUR RETURN

Hand completed logsheets to Diving Officer.
 Return first aid kit and oxygen administration kit to Equipment Officer.
