The COST of generating a Transcript is $20.00 for the FIRST COPY and $5.00 for EACH
ADDITIONAL copy. Payment may be made ONLY by cash, certified cheque or money order,
payable to the YCDSB.




YOU WILL BE CONTACTED to arrange the date and time for pick-up, and/or if
clarification of your information is required. Please DO NOT proceed to the Catholic
Education Centre until you are notified.
Transcripts will be available for pick-up in the admissions office at the Catholic
Education Centre located at 320 Bloomington Road West, Aurora, (Between Yonge
and Bathurst)
You are required to present ONE PHOTO IDENTIFICATION when picking up your
transcript.
Please advise, in writing (letter or email), if your transcript will be picked up by another
person. This person will be asked for two pieces of identification.
IMPORTANT:
You must order transcripts for OCAS/OUAC as well as the educational
institution(s) requesting your marks.
