Road, Suite 200, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Keep this certificate for your records for four (4) years.
Requests for duplicate certificates should be made to the AAP.
The American Academy of Physician Assistants accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ from
organizations accredited by the ACCME.
