COMPANY BACKGROUND
Integrated Global Solutions Limited (IGSL) focuses on the IT Service Management
solution (including software license, service and training) in Hong Kong/Macau and
China. IGSL has certified ITIL Service Managers who can perform the ITIL consulting
and ISO20000 consulting service. ITIL (IT infrastructure library) is the most widely
accepted approach to IT service management in the world. ITIL provides a cohesive set
of best practice, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally.
The focus of Integrated Global Solutions Limited (IGSL) is to provide process and
technology implementation on IT Infrastructure Management tools to allow IT
departments to manage their IT more effective and efficient.
IGSL consultants are experienced in the implementation of IT Infrastructure Management
(IT Service Management) solutions and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and
are able to complete quick and thorough assessment, design and implementing of
solutions and ITIL process within a limited amount of time. All consultants engage in the
project are ITIL certified. The combination of product knowledge, proven best practices
and experience in diverse environments makes our consultants uniquely qualified to
analyze, verify and make recommendations to enhance IT Infrastructure Management
implementation.
We have delivered ITIL-based Technology and software solutions for many years and
currently implementing BMC, CA, EMC, LanDesk and Microsoft IT Infrastructure

RECRUITMENT
Integrated Global Solutions Limited (IGSL) is looking for some high caliber graduate
from Master of Computer Science or Bachelor of Computer Science to fill the associate
consultant role.
Requirements:
Master of Computer Science or Bachelor of Computer Science
1-2 years working experience preferable
Working Experience of Windows 2008/SQL server and UNIX
Should have the Networking, Database or Security knowledge
Programming Experience of JAVA, .NET
Job Duties:
Provide implementation service for the ITIL implementation project
o Install and configure the BMC or CA product including say BMC Remedy,
BMC Patrol and CA Access Control and Siteminder
IGSL will provide training to the associate consultant in the initial several months
to pick up the implementation skillset
