to one man for creativity, inspiration and motivation – Patrick Cameron.
Having travelled to the four corners of the world many times, Patrick is acknowledged by his
peers as the long hair expert. Since arriving in the United Kingdom from New Zealand in
1987, Patrick has worked in association with global manufacturer, Wella. Renowned for his
skills in dressing long hair, Patrick is also the consummate professional, inspiring hairdressers
with his unique blend of education and his fantastic ability to make even the most complex
hairstyle look easy.
Attendees to his stage performances are always enthralled by the
theatrical element Patrick injects into his presentations.
A regular presenter at the most prestigious global hairdressing events, Patrick has
demonstrated his skills at Cosmoprof, the IBS, The World Hairdressing Congress, The
Alternative Hair show, The World Championship, The London Hair Collections, The World
Congress in Sydney, Looks in Rimini, The Austrian Hair Congress, Salon Look and Salon
International in London. It is at Salon International each year that Patrick unveils his latest
collection, providing inspiration with his latest techniques and images to hairdressers globally.
Patrick’s skills are very much in demand. His Training School in London provides students
with an opportunity to work with him on a one to one basis and throughout the year he takes
the school on the road providing students in New York, New Zealand, Australia, Germany,
Los Angeles and Dublin with their very own Patrick Cameron Training School. Patrick is keen
to put back something into the industry that has given him so much and each year he takes
time out of his schedule to visit at least five hairdressing colleges and demonstrate his skills
and pass on his expertise to young hairdressing students.
Education is paramount to any hairdresser’s growth and development and to increase
awareness in long hair dressing and to dispel the myth that long hair dressing is complicated
Patrick has produced a selection of visual learning tools, which are easy to follow and break
down any language barrier.
Patrick’s philosophy is one that has taken him around the world and translates well into any
language – “my aim is to create natural looks that make a client feel feminine.”
Educating hairdressers throughout the world in the art of dressing long hair has allowed
Patrick to create a unique place for himself in hairdressing’s hall of fame. His zest, energy,
vitality and dedication to his craft seem to be never ending. One of the most giving, charming
and talented people you could ever meet, Patrick is a true master of his craft.
Working with his team of hand picked experts, Patrick has developed his own special brand of
style and elegance. In addition to his business partner, Susan Callaghan, and the
administrator and co-ordinator of the Patrick Cameron Training School and Merchandise,
Marco Everard, Patrick works closely with designer Marco Erbi each year to create a stunning
new collection of hair and couture predictions for the forthcoming season.

Tribe, Arts and Crafts, the textured Nightlife Collection and the inspirational Visionaire
Collection have all enthralled audiences the world over. The sophisticated looks of Bohemian

ten years as the leading global long hair expert, Patrick launched the sophisticated and

Ladies Who Lunch, the new Patrick Cameron Collection 2006, was unveiled at Salon
International. The collection is the reinvention of power dressing, uncompromising and

Lunch are achieved with the perfect balance of sleek, controlled hair and the ebullience of big
