A minimum of 6 registrants is required in order for the classes to be held. Enrollment in a particular course is based on a first come first receipt of payment. If a payment is received and the course is already filled the applicant will be immediately notified. Due to the limited number of spaces available requests for full refunds will be honored only if received at least 21 calendar days prior to the start of the program. A partial 75% refund will be issued for all requests received 8-20 days before the beginning of the course. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the course onset. All requests must be received in writing.
