Female students are required to wear dance attire. Male students must wear black shorts
& plain colored tee-shirts. No street clothes are allowed. No oversized shirts or sweatpants will
be allowed.

Students are required to pay for all classes. If a student should miss a lesson, a make-up
class can be arranged with another age group.
3.
Students may pay for their lesson (or lessons) every week, every 5 weeks or a year in
advance. Please see the attached page for the payment policy information. THIS POLICY
SHEET IS YOUR FIRST BILLING.

Students with long hair must wear their hair pulled away from their face.

Parents, please be sure your child uses YOUR bathroom at home before coming to the
studio. This is to avoid disruptions in the studio.

Classes cancelled due to weather will be made up at a later date. Please telephone the
studio after 2:00 pm if in question about a cancellation. I will not be making individual phone
calls. IF SCHOOLS ARE CANCELLED THAT MORNING, IT DOES NOT NECESSARILY
MEAN THAT OUR AFTERNOON & EVENING CLASSES ARE CANCELLED.

Parents are welcomed to stay in the Waiting Room to watch their children. However,
when you are watching through the window, I must ask that you respect the other parents around
you and watch your child. We have had some problems in the past when some parents take an
interest in their children and some parents are just socializing. Also, please keep all your
children with you in the Waiting Room.
8.
Please avoid parking on the sidewalk or across the street in the driveway of the green
apartment house. There is parking area in front of the studio. Please park between the white
lines and you must pull all the way in the parking lot!! We are asking you to park ONE
BEHIND THE OTHER. The worst thing that can happen is you will have to move your
car for someone else. You may also park in my home driveway next door. THIS
REQUEST IS VERY IMPORTANT!!

Costume deposits must be made by November 12, 2010. Costume orders will be placed
the first of December. The remaining balance must be paid the week of January 3, 2011. Please
note the deposit requirement:
Child size costume
Adult size costume
$25.00 per costume
$30.00 per costume
Example: If your child is wearing an adult size costume and is performing 3 routines in
the show, a $90.00 deposit is required by November 12.
I will not order a costume without the full deposit. Costume bills will be passed out
the week of November 15, which is Visitor’s Week.

I am looking forward to yet another enjoyable and successful dance season. I also want
to thank those who participated in last year’s production of ‘In Search of the Magnificent 7‘.
