Saturday 27th August. Arrive Chopin Airport Warsaw. Bus transfer to Hotel for free time with
dinner at Hotel.
Sunday 28th Breakfast, guided transfer to Wilanov Palace tour, then to Chopin in the park, dinner
in Warsaw central.
Monday 29th Breakfast, guided tour Warsaw, Old Town, Royal Castle, free time in Old Town,
dinner in Warsaw central.
Tuesday 30th Breakfast, check out of Hotel, Transfer to Krakow, guided visit to Wawel Hill,
dinner at Hotel.
Wednesday 31st Breakfast, guided tour of Old Town walking trail, the Royal Route, Underground
Market tour, free time, dinner in Old Town with entertainment.
Thursday 1st September. Breakfast, free time guided tram to Oscar Shindler Factory, walk
through Kazimierz, the Jewish Quarter. Dinner at Jewish resturant with entertainment.
Friday 2nd Breakfast, check out of Hotel, transfer to Wieliczka Salt Mine tour, transfer to
Zakopane Hotel, freetime, dinner at Hotel and discuss walking itinerary.
Saturday 3rd Breakfast, Walk to Gubalowka Funicular for view of Tatra mountains, then to
Strazyska Valley, Ski Jump, Tatra Museum and back to Hotel.
Sunday 4th Breakfast, guided walk to Sarnia Skala (Deer Rock), for view over Zakopane.
Monday 5th Breakfast, walk still in planning.
Tuesday 6th Breakfast, guided, Kasprowy Cable Car to Poland/Slovakia borderthen choice of
hard, medium and easy walks.
Wednesday 7th Breakfast, tour bus to Slovakia, visit cable car and waterfall.
Thursdau 8thBreakfast, guided walk to Giewont for views over Zakopane Valley, choice of hard,
medium and easy walks.
Friday 9th Breakfast, bus, guided rafting on the Dunajec River plus bike ride along the river (most
picturesque bike path in Poland) or visit Castle and musuem.
Saturday 10th Breakfast, guided walk to Rusinowa Polyana (Goose Neck)
Sunday 11thBreakfast, bus, guided walk to Chocholowska Valley, opportunity to hire bikes.
Monday 12th Breakfast, guided walk to Red Wierchy, to Poland/Slovakia border choice of hard,
medium and easy walks.
Tuesday 13thBreakfast, walk still in planning.
Wednesday 14th Breakfast, bus, horsecart, guided walk to 5 Lakes, then over pass to Morskie
Oko, choice of hard, medium and easy walks.
Thursday 15th Breakfast, bus, guided walk to Koscieliska and Mielusia Valley, a beautiful days
walk along the river, mountain views, caves (torch required) and a lake. Final evening dinner at
Jar Devils Tavern with highlander music and regional performance.
Friday 16th Breakfast, check out, transfer to Chopin Airport Warsaw, time of arrival to be
notified later.
A more detailed itinerary will be posted at a later date. September weather is viewed as the most
stable, however we may alter our walk days, eg. our bus trip to Slovakia to be on a rainy day.
