Information on BP implementation Describe the BP activity in a narrative form following the chronological order. Recommended total size should be no more than 3 pages of Times New Roman 12 Description of a problem/need Describe the situation before realization of BP using2 and qualitative3 assessment criteria. Formulate problems/needs using only facts –existing threats, negative factors. Rationalize the need for your activity. Describe beneficiaries of your BP and changes and benefits they will receive as a result. 1) Description of BP a) Goals: Formulate the goals of BP b) Main objectives of the activity List objectives that should be met to achieve set goals. To do this, please, formulate and write down the sequence of objectives that have led to the Goal of BP. c) Potential of the main implementer Give a brief description of the main implementer of BP including its institutional, human potential, etc. d) Innovative approaches used in implementation of BP Describe innovations used in BP implementation process. This can be new methods in management, production technology, etc. Point out what has caused using of the innovation in your BP and what problems these innovations helped solve. Information on new approaches can be presented in comparison with traditional methods and stress the gained benefits. e) Activities Describe the BP implementation activities in chronological order. To follow the sequence, please, rely on tasks which you have set to achieve the goal. Solution of each task depending on its complexity can include implementation of one or several actions. f) Outcomes Describe the achieved results, give them quantitative and/or qualitative assessment comparing with the initial situation. How implementation of your BP has changed threats and negative factors that were the primary cause for the BP implementation? Describe changes that took place in management or life process in the given area. 2 Quantitative assessment – description of indicators in quantitative measurement (in absolute figures, increase/decrease by times, percentages in relation to the basic data). 3 Qualitative assessment – description of indicators in quantitative measurement in relation to the basic data. How did you deal with them? How to avoid such difficulties in replication of your BP? 3) Sustainability a) Formulate factors providing stability of achieved results and making your BP sustainable: integration of efforts with local authorities, the public; economic benefit; presence of infrastructure to continue this activity; accessible budget of BP and others. 4) Replication Are there any preconditions which should be fulfilled to ensure successful implementation of BP in other environments/countries (legislation, organizational preparation, financial support, etc.)? a) What ways of disseminating the results of BP can you suggest?
