Membership Committee Report: Frank & Blair
- Our Chancellor Blair as Membership Director will be coordinating new activities
and programs for gaining new members with Frank and Tom’s assistance.
- Recruiting package for each of us
- Sponsoring parish wide events, social experience
- Outreach effort
- Participation in youth group events
Promote KoC through emblems and clothing as informal way to encourage others,
solicit interest and represent our Knight activities.
How do we get current members to attend? Follow up with some to see what
reasons are for not participating and what they wanted when they joined.
Informational/recruiting meeting with group of 15-18 practical Catholic residents
at Traditions at Longwood.

Review family census from St. Patrick’s, can we get access to the census and
identify potential prospects?
District Deputy Report
Awards for those who recruited new members, issued to Doug S., Tom K. and
Jim J.
Oct 27th district deputy meeting
St. Peter’s council having night at races Oct 11
4th degree conclave on Monday 10/6
Will send Notice to GK for when various degree events are scheduled.
Meeting for those with 4th degrees who wish to participate in color corp and other
volunteer requests upcoming.
Christmas party donation solicitation for Nuns in Montgomery county
GK requested DD to submit all these items a week in advance for dissemination
to the Council
Grand Knight’s Report
 KofC window stickers for our cars and emblems for our shirts and jackets are
available. We need to promote whenever and wherever. Ask Tom if you want any of
these.
 Activities just completed include breakfast for “Ladies of St Patrick’s”, special thanks
to those helped on this event: Jim Jennings, Chris Jennings, Marianne Jennings, Doug
Singo & Jim Elliot.
 Chris Wolf has done yeoman’s work on our website
