Taught Abnormal Psychology, Group Facilitation, Clinical Methods, and Introduction to Human Services to
students enrolled in the Human Services Department. The Group facilitation course presented theoretical issues
relevant to the facilitation of psychotherapy groups, self help groups, and psychoeducational groups for children,
adolescents and adults. The Clinical Methods course presented models of functional behavioral analysis of child
and adult clients with developmental disorders. The Introduction to Human Services was a survey course that
presented historical and contemporary models of intervention. Abnormal Psychology presented models of child
and adult psychopathology including biological, behavioral, psychoanalytic, humanistic, systemic, and other
psychosocial paradigms. These courses integrated theoretical frameworks and assisted the students in their
critical thinking and analysis.
