TROPICAL RESOURCE ECOLOGY PROGRAMME (TREP)
MASTERS IN TROPICAL RESOURCE ECOLOGY DEGREE PROGRAMME
APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE (FULL TIME) MASTERS IN TROPICAL RESOURCE
ECOLOGY PROGRAMME TO COMMENCE IN AUGUST 2015.
Entrance Criteria:
In order to be considered for entry into this programme, applicants must hold a good BSc (Honours)
degree in biological sciences, agriculture, environmental science or related field.
Proficiency in oral and written English is essential. Where necessary, candidates may be required to
satisfy the University that they have sufficient command of the English Language to cope with lectures,
written assignments and examinations.
TREP serves as a regional training institute in ecology and management of tropical natural resources.
The MTRE programme is full time, and runs over two calendar years.

A non-refundable application fee of US$50.00 for Zimbabweans and US$70.00 for non-Zimbabweans
must accompany the application. Deadline for submission of completed application forms is 31 May
2015. Late applications may be considered up to 20 June 2015 upon payment of a late application fee.
