SALE OF SCRAP FURNITURE
Quotations are invited from competent firms for sale of furniture
scrap on as is where basis is lying at 15th floor, NIC building Abassi Shaheed road,
Karachi
Bidders are requested to submit their quotations in sealed envelope with earnest
money of Rs.5000.00 in the form of Pay Order in favour of National Insurance
Company Limited latest by 11am on 24th February, 2011 to be open on the same
day at 11.30 am in presence of bidders that wish to be present at the time of
opening.
The success full bidders shall be required to deposit full amount within seven days
of receiving letter of award and must lift the contracted material within 15 days of
receiving letter of award. To lifting of material to start after full payment is
received by NICL from the success full bidders.
Earnest money shall be adjusted in the payment by success full bidder shall be
forfeited and the contract shall be considered cancelled in case of failure to deposit
the full amount as prescribed. The EMD of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned
within 7 days of opening of the bids.
Bidders may inspect the scrap at above site between 10 am to 4 pm during
working days before submitting their bids.
NICL reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids without assigning any
reason.
