ABOUT YOUR RESIDENTIAL TRASH COLLECTION
Welcome to Amber’s Disposal, LLC.
We are happy to have you as a new or returning customer! Our goal at Amber’s Disposal is to provide excellent service, friendly
customer service and competitive pricing. Included in your residential service is 1 (one) 96 gallon toter.
Work to be Preformed:
Residential Solid Waste Collection: One or Two days per week curb side collection.
Payment Terms: Payment is due when toter is delivered.
Monthly & Quarterly Billed Customers:
You will be invoiced on the 15th of month/quarter for the upcoming month(s), and payment will be due by the 1st. If payment is
not received by the14th of the month, your account will be placed on Stop Service. (Example: Jan 1st bill will be sent on 15th of
the previous month (Dec), which is due by the 1st of Jan., if payment is not received by 14th (Jan) your account will be placed on
Stop Service.) Payments can be made on-line at www.ambersdisposal.com. Service will be promptly discontinued if
payment is not received in full at stated intervals. Late payments will incur late fees at a rate of 1.5% per month on all portions
outstanding.
Toter is Property of Amber’s Disposal:
The 96 gallon toter is property of the contractor. Upon termination of service the toter will be picked up by the contractor and
must be in proper working order with normal wear and tear. If your toter is not returned when service is terminated your final bill
will be charged $70.00 for each toter.
Observed Holidays:
New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas:
Twice-a-Week Customers-If your collection day falls on any of the observed holidays, waste collection will resume on your next
scheduled collection day after the holiday. Once-a-Week Customers-Will be picked up the next business day. No Saturday or
Sunday collections.
Inclement Weather:
If we must suspend operations due to bad weather, we will follow the SAME SCHEDULE FOR OBSERVED HOLIDAYS
ABOVE. No Saturday or Sunday Collections.
Storing of Trash:
No Hazardous Waste, Yard Waste, Dirt, Ashes, or Animal Carcasses, may be placed in the toter. Animal Waste must be placed
in a plastic bag and tied securely. Please make sure trash is contained inside the container. Help us keep your community clean!
Servicing of Other Companies Toters:
We will not service any toter belonging to another company. Please contain your trash in an unmarked or Amber’s Disposal toter
only.
Collection Day:
Please put your toter out by 6:00 a.m. the day of your collection. Be safe, put it out the NIGHT BEFORE.
We cannot give you a specific time as to when it will be collected and we don’t want to miss you. Please
put your toter at the curb with the handle facing the road and with the top closed.
