Welcome to Woodmen Pointe Neighborhood!

We would like to welcome you to the neighborhood and give you
some helpful information as a new homeowner/ renter in our HOA (home
owner’s association) community. The website for Woodmen Pointe is
www.woodmenpointehoa.org. We try to update it at least quarterly. Here is
some helpful information to get you started.

Board Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month.
Meetings usually begin at 6:30pm either at the home of a board member or
Fire Station #20 on the corner of Dublin and Rangewood. If interested in
attending a meeting, please contact one of the above members for time, date
and location.
How much are the HOA dues and how do I pay them?
Dues are $79.00 per quarter. Haley Realty sends a bill to your mailing
address with a return envelope to mail a check.
What do the HOA dues cover?
1- Trash and recycling pickup through Colorado Springs Waste Systems
at 634-7177. Call them to obtain trash can (90 gallon toter) and
recycling bin or toter (larger than bin). Each home is allowed one
trash toter and one recycling bin or toter. Trash is picked up early
Friday morning. There is also information on the HOA website.
2- Maintenance of open space, sidewalks, and mailbox stations.
3- Annual holiday decorating contest in December and spring picnic.
