LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
SORTED OUT IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER :
1.
The present list of documents on which you will have marked the presence
of every document and every photocopy which you submit
2.
1 short stay visa application form duly filled out and signed
3.
1 recent passport photo in the standards
4.
ORIGINAL + 1 PHOTOCOPY : Valid passport (issued less than 10 years
ago being still at least 3 months old of validity after the end of the planned
stay in France) + photocopy of pages containing the personal data and the
visa or resident card for Israel
5.
ORIGINAL + 1 PHOTOCOPY : CERFA form duly filled out and signed (in
France : minimum salary €1343.77 per month or € 8.86 per hour, legal work
time 35h per week)
6.
ORIGINAL + 1 PHOTOCOPY : written commitment from the employer to
take care of the employee expenses during the stay
ORIGINAL + 1 PHOTOCOPY : affidavit from the employer to pay
employer’s contribution to the URSSAF
ORIGINAL + 1 PHOTOCOPY : insurance covering medical expenses and
repatriation of the employee
