Dear Year 4 – 6 Parents
School Run Clubs – Autumn Term 2013
School run clubs will start w/c Monday 16th September and will finish w/c 2nd December. Your child should return the form and payment to your Class
Teacher and not the school office. Places will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. There will be no school run clubs w/c 11th November
due to Parent Teacher consultations on 13th & 14th November. Clubs will not run in heavy rain/snow/ice; please apply common sense and bear in mind that
there are no facilities for children to have showers or dry their clothes etc. Booking forms for Motive8 and Basketball will be on the school website tomorrow,
Friday.
Please note that due to Year 4 being away in Sayers Croft from 18th – 20th September, Miss Riley’s clubs will not start until w/c 23rd September.
There will be a charge of £5 per child, per club. Some clubs are only available to certain year groups; these are noted below and on the application form.
Please complete the form attached indicating which club(s) your child would like to attend. Clubs will take place on the junior site, unless otherwise specified.
Please assume your child has a place in their chosen club(s), unless you hear otherwise. Please find attached a timetable showing all clubs on offer
throughout the school. This letter and timetable will be put on the school website and a copy of outside run clubs in due course, once their timetable is
finalised.
