MEMORIAL HOSPITAL for the first 18 Months in Anaesthesia department of the
above.

The college and the associated hospitals provide high standard postgraduate and
superspeciality education and training in most of the pre clinical, Para clinical and
clinical subjects.

The last 18 Months of MD post graduation were completed in Tata Memorial
Hospital where expertise in difficult intubations, prolonged procedures, intra
thoracic surgeries, Critical Care and Pain Management were achieved.

Completed my MD under aegis of Dr JV Divatia, Professor and head of
Critical Care and Pain and Current President of Indian Society of Critical
Care Medicine at TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, Parel Mumbai.

The Tata Memorial Centre is a recognised training centre for cancer education and
research by national and international organisations such as WHO, IAEA and UICC.
Tata Memorial Hospital is a post-graduate teaching centre and is affiliated to the
University of Mumbai, National Board of Examinations and Maharashtra University
of Health Sciences.

sterling interpersonal and administrative skills during the tenure.
Varied spectrum of experience as Intensivist and Anaesthetist in multispeciality

Management of post Renal transplant and Liver Transplant patients.
Intensivist and coordinator of all Medical ICU activities at Fortis Hospital, Mohali.
Intrinsic part of Fortis Operating System and part of the team for making the ICU
of Fortis Hospital, Mohali ready for the JCI Inspection in June ’07,which was
achieved.
Consultant Intensivist in WOCKHARDT HOSPITAL which is the first hospital in
India to be JCI accredited and is affiliated to Harvard Medical Centre and helped in
setting up the ICU at the new hospital at Kalyan ,a suburb of Mumbai.
Experience of taking care of post op LIVER TRANSPLANT patients at Wockhardt
Hospital ,Mulund Mumbai.
Coordinated all activities as CONSULTANT AND HEAD CRITICAL CARE of
Dharamshila Hospital and Research Centre, Vasundhara, New Delhi for NABH
accredition in Nov 08 to include procedures, documentation, drug protocol,
staffing and all measures required to be carried out for NABH inspection of a
multispeciality hospital. The hospital has been accredited by NABH in Nov 08 and
all set objectives in Critical Care were achieved.
Presently working as Senior Consultant Intensivist in Fortis Escorts Hospital
Amritsar, incharge of medical ICU and Emergency. Have become a ISCCM
recognized teacher and have two IDCC and two Post MBBS Certificate
course students per year.
