The Project will be implemented in accordance with high-quality standards with limited number of entrances, and will be developed and controlled by the private partner within PPP in compliance to the “About PPP in Kyrgyz Republic” and “About Toll roads” Laws. Purpose Purpose of the project is to provide enough parking places in order to: 1. Decrease operating costs by provision of additional possibilities 2. Shorten time for passing the corridor by transport 3. Provide flow of transport movement on the road 4. There is a 2 lanes wide road overloaded in some places etc. About 250 000 transports use it every day. Intensity of the road: 12 000 passenger cars, 3 500 minibuses, 250 buses, 1250 trucks a day. Valid tariff rates can probably be 60-80soms for passenger cars, 80120 soms for minibuses, 100-180 soms for trucks. Final rate will be determined after financial analysis.
