site.

The works should be done as per specification at site.
The works should be done with the stipulated period.
The contractor will have to make his own arrangement of T & P and cartage.
The under signed have reserve the right to reject all or the lowest tender without assigning any
reasons.
The rate should be quoted in both words and figures including all taxes.
The quantity can be increase or decrease as per actual requirement at site.
Good earth should be free from kankar, pather, rabbish etc.
Cow dung manure should be free from kankar, moorum and well decomposed.
PH value of good earth will be got tested by the contractor for the supply of good earth by the
authorized laboratory.
The sample of R.H pipe will be got tested for the supply of R.H pipe by the authorized laboratory.
