The report should contain the following information: o Institution and ownership/management details including, address and website; companies registration office number; revenue number; tax clearance certificate; names of directors and principal; and connections with other institutions (including shared directorships) o Institution capacity details including: o Number of classrooms and library capacity o Number of learners (Irish, EU/EEA and non-EEA) in previous academic year or 12 month period and completion rates per programme/award o Number of intended intakes and enrolment dates for next 12 month period for each programme the provider is seeking to include in the Register o Maximum number of learners for each programme the provider is seeking to include in the Register o Maximum learner number capacity at institutional level. o Relevant operational policies including, the refund policy of the institution when a learner is not successful in attaining a visa to commence a given programme. The Department of Justice and Equality, the Department of Education and Skills and the National Qualifications Authority of Ireland reserve the right to conduct inspections of applicant providers, and providers with programmes included in the Internationalisation Register, at any time. When conducting an inspection, the above sources provided by providers at the time of application for inclusion of programme/s in the Internationalisation Register may be utilised1. 1 In the case of inspections undertaken by the Department of Justice and Equality, immigration officials will also have a range of other criteria and reference points which will inform their inspection activities, and will request additional information directly from providers as they require it. 5|Page
