IMPORTANT NOTES FOR MEDIA ORGANISATIONS:

Obligatory accreditation: 1 TEAM – 1 LOCATION.
For security reasons and movement limitations, teams will not be able to move from one location to
another.

There will be a limited number of media teams who will be able to cover activities at certain locations.

Full media accreditation for each person in the team is necessary.

It is obligatory to submit the location number (1-7) and the list of the team for each single location.

Media sponsor will ensure that direct streaming of the visit is obtained free of charge.
Single media organisation requests need to contain: the name of the media organisation, a team lead, a
list of team members (names and surnames – and the rest of the information is taken from the accreditation
forms), the list of requirements and the number of the location for which the request is made (live reporting,
information about SNG vehicles, etc)
