Prices are Firm and escalation Free.
Other Charges include –Interest Free Maintenance Security deposit, power back up charges ,any other
charges levied by the government shall be payable additionally.
Registration charges shall be payable at the time of possession.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION OF FLATS
AT PROGRESSIVE HEIGHTS
The Intending Allotee has applied for the registration for allotment of a residential apartment of Progressive Heights
with full knowledge and subject to all laws, notifications and rules applicable to this area, which have been explained
by the promoters and understood by applicant/Allot tee.
For preferentially situated Flats at progressive Heights, extra charges as applicable will be payable by the intending
Allotee (s).Service Tax if applicable will be charged extra on the cost as per sale agreement. However this will be
charged on every installment. Booking will be cancelled & refund will be made subject to deduction of service tax &
cancellation charges.
The promoters shall have the right to effect suitable and necessary alterations in the layout plan, if and when found
necessary ,which involve all or any of the changes, such as change in the position of the Flats/change in the number of
Flats at progressive Heights .To implement any or all of these charges supplementary agreement, if necessary ,will be
executed .lf there is any increase/decrease in the areas ,the price will be applicable at the original rate at which the
Flats at Progressive Heights was booked for sale. If for any reason the Promoters are not in a position to allot the
Floor/Flat applied for, the Promoters shall be responsible only to consider for any alternative property or refund of the
amount deposited with simple interest@10% per annum and the Promoters shall not be liable for any compensation on
this account whatsoever.
All taxes whether levied or livable in future on the Flats at Progressive Heights shall henceforth be borne the Intending
Allotee(s).
The sale Deed shall be executed and got registered in favour of the Intending Allotee (s) within the reasonable time
after the Progressive Heights has been finally constructed at the site and after receipt form Intending Allotee of full

sale price and other connected charges .cost of stamp duty and registration charges etc. Applicable will be extra and
shall be born by Intending Allotee (s).
The Intending Allotee (s) of the Flats at Progressive Heights shall pay necessary charges for maintaining the various
services as determined by the Promoters until the services are handed over to the society .The amount shall be payable
by the Intending Allotee (s) in the manner and as and when demanded by the company.
The lntending Allotee (s) is entitled to get the name of his/her place with the prior approval of the promoters ,who may
in its sole discretion permit the same on such conditions as it may deem fit.
The lntending Allotee(s) shall get his/her complete address registered with the promoters at the time of booking and it
shall be his/her responsibity inform the promoters by the registered A/D letter about all subsequent changes,if any in
his/her address,failing which all demand notices and letter posted at the first registered address will be Deemed to have
been received byhim /her at the time when those shoud ordinarily reach such address the lntending Allotee(s)
undertake to abide by all laws rules & regulations made by the maintenance society.
The time of payment of instalments shall be the essence of this Agreement.It shall be incumbent of the intending
Allottee(s) to comply with the terms of payment and other trems and conditions of allotment and sale . In case the
instalments are delayed ,the Intending allottee(s) shallpay the interest calculated form the due date of outstanding
amount @18% per annum compounded at the time of every succeeding instalment.Even than, if the Intending
Allottee(s) fails to pay the instalments with interest ,the Promoters shall forfeit the amount paid the intending allottee
and the allotment shall stand cancelled and Intending allottee shall be left with no the Flats at Progressive Heights. The
maximum period for the delayed payments is one month.
The Intending Allottee (s) shall be responsible for any default in payment and Eline on outher consequences that might
occur thereform.
The Intending Allottee (s) shall comply with all Legal reqirements for purchase of immovable property,within
specified time, after execution of the purchase agreement herein and sign all application , form affidavits, undertaking
etc. for the said purchase .This includes in particular the requirements of section 269UC of the Income Tax Act if
so applicabal ,Intending Allottee(s) will sign the form and execute an agreement in the statement as per Form no .37
(1) and to supply all necessary information ,document etc .for compliance of applicable laws.
Jaipur Court alone shall have jurisdiction in all matters arising out of touching and /or concerning this transaction.
The Intending Allottee (s) shall also pay to the promoters the Contingency Deposit & Interest free maintenance
Security for maintenance of common service and facilities and execute a maintenance agreement for the same with
the Company.
The allotment of Flats at progressive Heights is entirely at the discretion of the promoters and the promoters has right
toreject an offer without assigning any reason thereof.
