Class Objectives:
 Learning techniques for the identification and analysis of laboratory systems
 Learning techniques for analytical and experimental modeling
 Acquisition by students of the workforce regarding the structure and operation of electronic
devices, electronic circuits, linear analysis, synthesis and design of automated systems, as
well as their practical applications.
 Knowing the place of this discipline in engineering sciences.
 Knowledge performance automatic systems;
 Knowledge and identification and electronic devices.
Lectures content:
Content
Components, devices, circuits and signals in electronic
circuits. Notions of semiconductor physics. The PN
junction. Semiconductor diodes.
Bipolar transistor.Field-effect transistor. Other
semiconductor devices with junctions.
Optoelectronic devices. Amplifiers. Rectifier.
Stabilizers. Oscillators.
Introduction into the theory systems. The field and the
automation methods.
Linear and nonlinear systems analysis. Synthesis of the
linear automated systems
Automatic optimal systems , adaptibile and instruibile .
Discrete automation system.
Principles of automation and computerization of industrial
processes. Electric Automation, transport process and
fluidice processes.

Fundamental study of electrical circuits used in electronics.
Study of semiconductor diodes.
Study of the static system operation of the bipolar transistor.
Experimental analysis of an elementary transistor amplifier.
Study of the effect transistor's camp. Study of one-junction
transistor.
The study of special semiconductor devices (thermistor,
varistor, Hall generator).Study of semiconductor
optoelectronic devices (LED diode, photo diode,
optocoupler).

Grading Policy:
The student pass the class if obtain more than 50 points from 100 points.
Classroom Rules of Conduct:
 Turn off (or place on vibrate) cell phones and pagers during class

prohibited
