You will be responsible for any stolen or damaged decorations or damage
to Pebblewood property.
You will have access to the hall on the day of the event. If you plan on coming in to
set up or decorate any other day than the morning or afternoon of your event there
will be a $45.00 opening fee per day.
All catering of food is from our kitchen facilities ONLY.
(No other catering services are allowed in the
Pebblewood facility).
Any changes from the Standard Buffet will result in additional costs.

All food that is left after the reception will remain at Pebblewood.
We do not furnish the wedding cake.(Must come from a licensed facility). _____* Initial
Note: The cake cannot be delivered until after 12:00 (noon).
If a guest of the Wedding orders a special brand of alcohol, (for example:
Crown Royal, Beefeater Gin, etc...) they will be informed that the drink is not
Included in the reception contract, however, they are available for purchase.
Pebblewood also furnishes the bartenders.
Champagne and champagne glasses for the head table are included in the
wedding package.
Our DJ is to run the lights, play all music, and coordinate the events of the
reception, which is included in wedding packages of 125 to 500 guests.
If you have a band or your own DJ, there will be a reduction in the price. Band or
DJ will use their own equipment. Pebblewood is not responsible for any
damages, lost or stolen items from the Band or DJ equipment.
Normal and reasonable clean up is included, however: NO GLITTER
SHREDDED PAPER, CONFETTI, BUBBLES, STICKER, STAPLES, TACKS,
NAILS, OR ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE EASILY VACUUMED UP MAY BE
USED TO DECORATE OR A $200.00 CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
(PLEASE ASK ON ALL DECORATIONS).
An $900.00 booking fee is required to hold the hall. This is on a first come first
serve basis. The booking fee is subtracted from the final bill. If using a credit card
for the booking fee, there is an additional 5% charge. Full payment for the
reception is due the day before the wedding. In the event the reception is
canceled, the booking fee is nonrefundable. Payment must be made by cash,
master/visa card, or certified money order. Out of state checks not accepted!
KAPHILAM CORP. or Pebblewood Restaurant and Banquet Hall will not be held
responsible for any lost or stolen items.
In an event of a breach of this contract KAPHILAM CORP or Pebblewood
Restaurant and Banquet Hall, retains the right to seek legal services for
enforcement of the terms herein and/or money damages, and that reasonable
attorney’s fees will thereby charged to the tenant in order to enforce said contract.
NOTE: Amount charged will be based on amount of people estimated one week
prior to reception; if number of people is greater than estimated, the bill will be
based on the larger number.
Anything past the basic electrical use in our facility is a charge of $45.00
(electrical fee).
Although Pebblewood recognizes the tradition of “smashing” wedding cake into
each other’s face, ANY sort of “cake fighting” or throwing amongst the Bride, Groom,
Wedding Party, or any other guests is strictly forbidden! Any damages incidental or
otherwise, to carpet, or other property WILL result in an additional $200.00
(minimum) cleaning charge added to your bill. NO EXCEPTIONS!
NOTE: NO SHOTS OR PITCHERS OR DRINK TRAYS WILL BE GIVEN. LIQUOR
FOUNTAINS ARE FORBIDDEN.
GUESTS MUST BE 21 OR OLDER AND HAVE PROPER ID OR NO
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE SERVED TO THEM. THIS
INCLUDESTHE BRIDAL PARTY.
