Yirribee Stud, it’s owners, employees or agents shall not be liable or responsible in any
manner for any accident, injury, disease or disability suffered by the mare (or her foal).
The mare owner acknowledges that the mare (and foal) will be at Yirribee Stud entirely at
the mare owners risk and claims resulting from injury, illness or disease will be waivered.
Invoice due & payable 30 days from date of Invoice. The Signature that appears herein
will be deemed responsible for all costs.
Any Discounts given will be revoked and full Service Fee will apply for any account not paid within 30 days.
