TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Woodfieldpark Stud offers to provide a service from Woodfieldpark Candries for the
mare…………………………………… nominated by myself, ………………………...,
for the 200 season.
This is accepted on the following terms:

I will pay a stud fee of $1250 ( All Inclusive Package Deal includes, Stud Fee, Booking Fee, 4
Weeks Agistment , GST and a 24 Day Live Foal Guarantee). 100% of this amount is due at the
time of collection after a 16 day positive scan.

A deposit of $300 must accompany the booking form. This will be deducted from the Service Fee.
In the case of a mare not conceiving this deposit will not be refunded but will be deemed to be a
handling and usage charge.

Prompt collection of the mare after a positive scan is appreciated. If a commercial
transporter is required Woodfieldpark Stud will arrange this to its satisfaction with the cost being
met by the mare owner.

I will pay any agistment charges that may apply over and above the 4 week that is included in the
package deal, for my mare and foal while at stud.

LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE: A free service is given for mares served by the Stud who abort or
whose foal is delivered dead or dies within 24 days of birth. This must be certified by a veterinary
Surgeon. No refunds are given. Return handling fee of $300, vet fees and agistment are payable
again.

The right to receive a refund is lost if I sell the mare
The right to a refund is lost should a live foal eventuate as a result of the mare's death.

I am responsible for and will pay all veterinary fees and charges as and when incurred by my mare
and foal

I acknowledge that you have the right to refuse to provide service to any mare which is diseased or
infected and in the event of my mare being diseased or infected that you may at my expense either
have the necessary veterinary treatment carried out or you may return my mare to me.

Any mare needing extra handling will attract a surcharge of $200 and sedated at cost to client.

Woodfieldpark Stud will provide all possible care and attention but will not accept any
responsibility for the loss of the mare and foal, or illness, accident or injury.

The booking of a mare will be deemed to indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Mares to be in good condition and health will be wormed on arrival at stud then 8 weekly.

Damage cause by the mare to the facility/property of the stud will be charged to the mare owner.

I agree that this nomination is not transferable.
