Attention: Rockland Coach Commuters
New 49J Route and Direct Mail Commuter Ticket Program
Beginning January 7, 2013, Rockland Coach will begin offering service from our
new pick-up location at the Palisades Center Mall Commuter Parking Lot. We will
also offer a NEW DISCOUNTED 40 Trip Commuter Ticket Booklet that will be
available for purchase. Tickets booklets can be purchased for ONLY $300. Our
$300 Discounted 40-Trip Commuter Book is only valid from Palisades Center Mall
Commuter Parking Lot to Midtown.
Commuter Ticket Policy: 40 Trips (20 round trips) are good for 40 days, up to
10 tickets can be returned for a credit or refund (if returned in 15 days after last
day valid)
**Please note, that these ticket booklets will only be valid for Palisades
Center Mall Commuter Parking Lot.
There are 3 different ways to order tickets:
1. Internet- Go to www.rocklandcoaches.com and click the “Purchase 49J tickets
here”. Follow the prompts and enter the date you wish your tickets to become
effective. You must use a credit card to cover the cost of the tickets.
**Note: If you receive transit tax benefits through the use of a MasterCard or Visa
you may only order online if the benefit card can cover the full price of the tickets.
2. Telephone- Call 1-800-631-8405 x1320 between 9am and 2:30pm Monday
through Friday. Be prepared to order your tickets with a credit card and any transit
benefit card if you have one. Purchases may be spit between two cards if needed.
You must call 7 days in advance of the date you wish your tickets to be effective.
Your tickets will be mailed to the address you specify. Please do not leave your
card information on our voicemail.
3. Mail- Mail your personal check, and/or transit checks to Coach USA, 4 Leisure
Ln. Mahwah NJ 07430 Attn: 49J Tickets. Make sure to include you contact
information and the address you’d like the tickets to be mailed to as well as an
effective date. Please allow enough time for us to receive your check 7 days prior
to the effective date on the tickets .
**We will also offer these tickets for purchase at the Shortline/CoachUSA ticket window
at Port Authority Bus Terminal on the Second Floor of the NORTH WING.
