 Parks & People will contact each applicant to
schedule a consultation and a site visit however it is
the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that
these requirements are met.

Requirements for email submissions: Submit application and all attachments via email as one PDF or Word document.
Attachments must be submitted in the order noted in the Application Guidelines and Checklist. Do not send access to files saved
in a cloud.
Email applications will be acknowledged with a confirmation email. If the Project Coordinator does not receive a
confirmation by noon of the Tuesday following the application deadline, it is the responsibility of the applicant to speak
with their project contact (the individual who conducted the site visit) and produce proof of timely submission in the
form of a forwarded sent email. Please check your spam filter before calling to ensure the confirmation message was not
misdirected.
