Sweepstakes Rules
These sweepstakes rules are specific to the above sweepstakes conducted by Entercom Portland, LLC d/b/a
KNRK (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this
specific sweepstakes, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these
specific sweepstakes rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at
0700 SW Bancroft St. Portland Oregon 97239 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the
Station’s website at www.947.fm. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules,
these rules will govern and control with respect to this Sweepstakes.
How to Enter

 Online: Starting July 14, 2009 and ending August 9, 2009 at midnight (“Contest
Period”) log on to www.947.fm and click on Port Paradise contest and enter the
following information: first and last name, address, daytime and nighttime telephone
numbers (including area codes), email address and date of birth.
How to Win

On or about August 10, 2009, Station will randomly selected one (1) Grand Prize Winner from all
entries submitted to win the Grand Prize (see details below), upon confirmation of eligibility and
compliance with these contest rules. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone by August 14th,
2009. Notification to the Grand Prize Winner may be made by message on the Grand Prize Winner’s
answering machine, with no responsibility for Station for any failure of the answering machine.
Prize(s)

One (1) prize will be awarded in this contest. The verified winner in this contest will receive:

Prize: (1) $350.00 in cash; and (2) a Bud Light Party Cruise for winner and one guest for
$174 per person (or for $348 for winner only, if winner chooses not to take a guest) (see
details below). Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from gateway city nearest
winner’s residence to city of port (Cape Canaveral or Miami, as determined at Sponsor’s sole
discretion), transfers to/from ship and airport, standard double-occupancy ship
accommodations for three (3) nights (unless winner chooses not to take a guest, in which case
winner will have the entire cabin), all inclusive food, beverages and gratuities on board the
ship and admission to a private concert for winner and one guest. No other expenses are
included. Winner’s guest must be at least 21 years of age. Travel expected to occur between
October 31, 2009 and November 3, 2009. Exact travel dates to be determined/communicated
at a later date, by Anheuser-Busch, Inc., in Anheuser-Busch, Inc.’s sole discretion.
Travel/accommodations are subject to change and restrictions may apply. Winner is
responsible for any necessary hotel accommodations for winner and guest prior and/or after
the Bud Light Party Cruise. Winner and guest must have valid passport upon boarding the
ship. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, and comply with all security
requirements. Any additional ground transportation, passport fees, trip cancellation
insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the
winner’s responsibility. If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and
awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate Retail Value $875.00 (for winner and one
guest). Actual value depends on city, day, and time of departure. The difference between any
stated value and the actual value will not be awarded.

In addition to other documentation required by the Station as described in Station’s General
Contest Rules, Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest will be required to access
www.budlightpartycruise.com (“Website”) and follow the online registration process. The
online registration process consists of completing/submitting the following forms:
Registration Process for Winner and Guest, Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity
Release for Winner, Liability and Publicity Release for Guest, NONREFUNDABLE
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION OF $348 FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE. WINNER’S CREDIT CARD REQUIRED. The
online registration process must be completed by August 17, 2009 in order for Grand Prize
Winner and his or her guest to go on the Bud Light Party Cruise. In the event of
noncompliance with any of the registration process, Grand Prize will be forfeited, no other
prize or compensation will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner and an alternate winner may be
selected in Station’s sole discretion (time permitting). In the event an individual is identified a
winner of a Bud Light Party Cruise prize in another promotion then they will not eligible to
win the Grand Prize in this sweepstakes.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions allowed but sponsors reserve the right in their
sole discretion to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value.
Cash prize will be in the form of a company check and will be made payable to winner only.
Winner must complete all paperwork and provide all documentation required by Station.
Station will contact winner to notify them when check shall be ready for pick up. Winner will
have 30 days from the date Station indicates the check is ready to pick up check from Station
during its regular business hours.
