Abstract—The paper should be located in 16.0 cm x 23.7 cm. For the recommended A4
paper size the top and bottom margins are 3.3 cm, and the left and right margins are 2.5 cm.
The Letters should not exceed 10 pages, while no page limit is set to the Reviews. Abstract
should have 1.5 cm indent on both sides, and should not exceed 200 words.

1. Introduction
The paper should be written in single column single space with Time New Roman font. Bold characters
should be used for the paper title and section headings. The recommended font size is 10 points, while 14 points
and 12 points are used for the paper title and section headings, respectively. Different header may be used for
odd and even pages. (Or, no header/footer may be used.)
2. Theory and Formulation
The paper should be organized in the order of paper title, authors’ information, abstract, keywords, main
text, acknowledgment, references, and authors’ bio-sketches. The authors’ information consists of author
name(s), department and organization, physical and e-mail addresses. Two versions of the papers should be
submitted with and without the authors’ information and bio-sketches.
The paper title, author information, and section headings should be center justified, while all others should
be justified on both sides. The first line of each paragraph should have an indent of 1 cm, and one line space is
used before and after section headings. Each section heading should have an Arabic number.
3. Results
All the figures and tables should be located at proper locations. Figure and table captions should start with
“Figure 1.” or “Table 1.”, and should be center-justified. The table captions should be located just above the
table itself, while figure captions should be located just below the figure.
All the references should be cited with numbers in brackets, i.e., [1], and listed in the order of citation.
Acknowledgment: Acknowledgment should be located between the main text and references.
