Lord God, let your blessing come upon us as we light the candles of this Advent wreath. May the wreath and its light be a sign of Christ's promise to bring us salvation. Amen On behalf of all staff, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our best wishes to each of you and your families throughout the blessed season of Advent. May peace and joy be ever-present in your homes. Advent Food Drive: On Tuesday, December 1st, we will begin our annual collection of non-perishable food items for local families and St. Vincent de Paul. Students will be participating in the “Jingle Bell Walk” on December 4th in the afternoon, and a donation of non-perishable food items or hygiene product is part of that process. Thank you so much for your generosity! Please note that, in lieu of a traditional Christmas gift to teachers this year, families may wish to donate an item to our collection of food/hygiene products for local Food Banks or to the collection of toys for the Toy Drive. Thank you. School Council Meeting: The next School Council meeting will take place on Monday, Jan. 11th at 6:30 p.m. To facilitate parent attendance at our School Council meetings, we provide free child care.
