Department of Orthopaedic Surgery
Several projects involving the epidemiology of extremity gunshot wounds, prevalence of gunshot wounds
to the joints, biomechanical studies on fixation of olecranon with FiberWire tension band, biomechanical
studies of load to failure of multiple tissue grafts used for ACL reconstruction, and study of risk factors
influencing simultaneous bilateral extensor mechanism rupture, and a study of bone healing in opening
wedge osteotomies with use of pone morphogeneic protein.
