The following information is provided as an explanation of the charges, and what is expected prior to occupancy: PROCESSING FEE: There is a $25 for single persons and $35 for a married couple non-refundable fee which covers the administrative cost involved with processing your application. RENT: We collect a full first month rent and prorate the 2 nd month. 20th of the month we collect the first months rent and the prorated rent. SECURITY DEPOSIT: This is completely refundable as long as the terms of the signed, agreements have been met and the property is in the same condition as when you moved in. PET POLICY: IF the owner of the residence has approved a pet, you may be required to pay an additional pet fee or deposit depending on the pet allowed and a separate pet agreement will be signed by all parties. SMOKING POLICY: All properties are non smoking unless otherwise noted. No inside smoking shall be allowed. RENTERS INSURANCE: All properties require renter’s insurance. Proof must be provided at the time of of signing contracts. UTILITIES: Arrangements for the transfer of utilities must be made prior to signing contracts.
