

benchmark students at benchmark level)

Support 80% or more of benchmark students to achieve each literacy goal (moving students
from strategic intervention level to benchmark level)

Supports 80% or more of intensive students to achieve the literacy goal or achieve emerging
or some risk status (moving students from intensive intervention level to strategic or
benchmark intervention levels)
