Please send to: Attn: Richard Martin Franco Center 46 Cedar Street Lewiston, Maine 04240 Historical Restoration Fee The ongoing restoration and maintenance of the historic Franco Center requires substantial sums of money. The funds paid toward the restoration fee do not cover the expenses associated with operating the Center. They are directed towards completing the initial restoration first, and then, once all capital work is completed, those monies will be dedicated to an endowment to maintain the structural and architectural integrity of the facility in perpetuity. These fees are recognized as an "industry" best practice when the performing arts facility is a significant historical structure that must be restored and maintained at a certain level.
