Mechanisms of disease serves as an important foundation for clinical assessment, decision making and management. The student’s ability to relate this knowledge to assessment of an individual’s need for care and response to pharmacological management of disease states is emphasized. Differential diagnoses in advanced practice nursing is a major course focus. 10. List Objectives of the Course: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 11.
