METHODS OF TEACHING: PRIMARILY LECTURES AND ASSIGNMENTS
The Course would revolve around Corporate social responsibility and business ethics and its various facets.
Assignments would involve analysis of compensation management processes with case study to optimize the business
organization working process. Most of the session would start with the lecture, which in turn would lead to problem
solving.
COURSE OBJECTIVE: The objective of this course is to develop an understanding and appreciation of the
importance of value system, ethical conduct in business and role and responsibilities of corporate in
social systems. It aims at applying the moral values and ethics to the real challenges of the
organizations.
LEARNING OUTCOME:

Develop an understanding of various intricacies of corporate social responsibility
 Develop capability to identify core issues of ethics ,CSR and its application

Develop an understanding of organization structure and process related issues involved in business
ethics and CSR.
