PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2010-
Marine Geophysicist, Participated in EMED-10 cruise of the R/V K Piri Reis to
the Mediterranean Sea. High resolution seismic profiles were collected from
Mediterranean Sea during a 25 day cruise. I was assigned a 4-hour seismic watch
shift for the duration of the cruise and also assisted in the core collection
(Supervised by Dr. Ali Aksu, Dr. Jeremy Hall and Dr. Gunay Cifci).
2010-
Marine Geophysicst, Participated in the High Resolution 2D Seismic Survey in the
Sea of Marmara within the European Seas Observatory Network (ESONET) of
Excellence founded by the European Commision's Framework Six Programme
(FP6) Contract No.036851. Cruise of the R/V Piri Reis to the Marmara Sea. 2D
high-resolution seismic profiles were collected from Marmara Sea during a 14 day
cruise to study the effects of North Anatolian Fault. I was assigned a 4-hour
seismic shift for the duration of the cruise (Supervised by Dr. Günay Çifçi, Dr.
Bruno Marsset).
