Konza Prairie Community Health Center is a non-profit health clinic. It provides primary

Tell them you want an application for THE PILOT PROGRAM and give them the name,
address and telephone number of the client. They will pass this info on to the Lincoln School
of Dentistry who will send the client an application. About one week after mailing the app
back, the client needs to call THE HEALTH DEPT. to find out if they qualify. They will accept

Full dental services on site. These include dental examinations, cleanings, X-rays,

Those with emergencies need to call the clinic during early morning hours for emergency
appointment. Emergency visits are now $50. At these visits, clients receive an

The Older Kansans Employment Program (OKEP) is a state-funded program designed to
provide older Kansans, 55 and over, an employment placement service. Emphasis is placed
on providing permanent, full time or part time jobs in the private sector, including nontraditional patterns of employment. Although unemployed older Kansans who are most in
need receive priority, OKEP participants are not required to spend down to poverty before
receiving services.

patients in need through their patient assistance programs. These programs are intended to
serve as a "last resort" for patients who are unable to use other programs and who
