Following the outstanding success of the previous six symposiums, this symposium will be the seventh one co-organized by the State Key Laboratory of Polymer Physics and Chemistry of China, University of Massachusetts, USA, Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research, Germany and Hokkaido University, Japan. USD 250 for each accompanying person covers meals, reception, banquet, one and half day tours around Suzhou. Those who intend to join the symposium are required to complete the attached Pre-registration Form and return to Secretariat by e-mail or post mail before December 15, 2005. The abstracts are required not longer than 2 pages of A4 sheet through e-mail or by post mail before March 15, 2006. Symposium venue and Accommodation Suzhou Hotel () located in downtown of Suzhou city has been selected as the symposium and accommodation venue. Travel Information Participants residing outside of china need a visa to attend the symposium. Suzhou is located in Eastern China about 85 km west of Shanghai. The airport shuttle buses from both Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Pudong Airport to Suzhou city are available every hour in daytime. Normal daytime temperature is about 28C during the symposium time in Suzhou. Suzhou (蘇州) Suzhou is a historical and cultural city with over 2500 year history, which has been evaluated as one of the top tourist cities of China. Many Suzhou Classical Gardens were listed as World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.
