INTEGRITY & PRIVACY OFFICER – COMPLIANCE OFFICE
In this key role, you will be responsible for the leadership of Saint Agnes Medical
Center’s Organizational Integrity Program (OIP) designed to ensure the Medical
Center’s systems, policies and procedures fully comply with the laws and regulations
that apply to its operations. The position will maintain a liaison reporting relationship to
the Trinity Health System Integrity Officer (SIO) as it relates to implementation and
operation of the OIP in accordance with standards established by Trinity Health. In
addition, the successful candidate will chair the Medical Center’s Local Integrity
Committee, provide regular reports on the operation of the OIP to leadership, and
serve as a member on Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Council (OIC) and the
Trinity Health Privacy Council.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master’s or
Doctorate of Juris Prudence with a specialty in healthcare preferred), 8 years of
related healthcare experience, a supervisory/personnel management background and
competency in program planning, management and supervision. The candidate we
seek will have experience in healthcare regulatory compliance requirements, including
Medicare, MediCal and third-party payers, fraud and abuse laws and revenue-cycle
processes, as well as strong written/verbal communication skills. Certification in
Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or completion of a Healthcare Corporate Compliance
program is preferred.
