Registration: Full payment is required to hold your place in the class. However, no monies will be
deposited sooner than 48 hours prior to the class starting date.
*Students attending the course at The Wellington School must complete and return an emergency
medical authorization form prior to the first session. These can be found in the Summer Options
catalog on The Wellington School’s website, www.wellington.org or call our office at
614/486-2473 and one will be mailed to you.
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your enrollment, we will refund your deposit, minus a $25.00
processing fee, if you let us know at least 5 business days prior to the first session of the class. There
will be no refund for cancellations made after the deadline or for no shows. However, the entire
registration fee may be applied to any class starting within the following 12 months. A substitution may
be made for the enrollee at any time prior to the start of the class at no additional charge.
