DONATION FOR LUNG FOUNDATION OF MALAYSIA’S CHARITY DINNER
Lung Foundation of Malaysia (LFM) would like to seek for corporation’s kind contribution to assist
LFM in gathering funds to improve the standard of care and treatment of patients with
chronic lung diseases.
Established in November 2005, LFM is a non-profit Foundation geared towards offering support for
patients inflicted with lung diseases to enable them to lead a better quality lifestyle with
minimal suffering. The Foundation’s funds are generated solely from generous donations from
corporate organisations, charitable bodies and the public.
The contributions will be used to provide support equipments for lung diseases and public
awareness initiatives on lung diseases. LFM will also fund scientific research, education and
training to enhance the knowledge, skills and care for patients in Malaysia.
LFM would be organising a charity dinner at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 23rd July
2011. Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj Ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin
Abdu Aziz Shah Alhaj, Sultan Selangor will be the Guest of Honour for the dinner.
Contribution from you and your organization will help to make this Charity Dinner a success. Your
generous contribution will go a long way in ensuring a smooth organizing of the dinner, besides
funding the Foundation activities.
Your contribution can be in the form of purchasing a table for your organization or you can also
contribute in monetary or in kind.
