Machine is in Excellent Condition! Original paint untouched!
1. Center of table was worn .0004, but was re-ground so top of table is flat within .0001 left to right and front to
back.
2. X & Y-axis is square within .0001.
3. Spindle centerline will be parallel with column ways within .0001 left to right & front to back.
4. Spindle housing travel will be parallel with column ways within .0001 left to right & front to back.
5. Spindle travel will be perpendicular to table left & right and front to back within .0001 in 5 inches.
Table end trays, covers on top of the machine, and way covers removed for inspection purposes.
Note:
We have rebuilt (2) Moore No. 3 jig bores for the National Aeronautics & Space Administration to their satisfaction
and know how to inspect these machines and bring them into tolerances if necessary. This machine came out of the
former Monarch Machine Tool Company and has seen very little use!
